Pep Boys

Worst Pep Boys and all around tire-shop experience I've ever had. Installation seems solid, but the staff is wildly inept, unprofessional, and oblivious. Long story short, I scheduled an install of 4 new tires. Upon checking in, I immediately asked the 2 employees present (one of whom was the manager) if Pep Boys bought used tires, as 2 of the tires I was replacing were still good with just a few thousand miles of wear. When they said Pep Boys does not buy used tires, I told them that I intended to sell the 2 good tires that were being replaced (which to most people with a lick of common sense means they should not lose the tires - how does a tire shop even lose tires in the first place?!). When I came to pick up, they were only able to find one of my tires, and interestingly tried to blame me for not telling a manager I intended to keep the 2 good tires. The manager was present for both check-in and pick-up, and claimed she thought I was talking about some other imaginary tires...it's as though the staff was entirely unaware that I was coming in for a tire job.... They refused to take ownership of anything, blamed me, didn't even have the decency to apologize, let alone attempt to rectify the situation for somehow losing a whole tire on a $1400 job. On top of this, they did not review a single item with me - neither during dropoff, nor pick-up. They were more than happy to do the bare minimum - charge my card and be done with it. Additionally, when I said "I came in with 2 good tires and should leave with 2 good tires, otherwise something else needs to happen", one of the dudes thought I wanted to fight when it was really clear I meant some sort of adjustment for their ineptitude 😂😂 I've seen more professional, better trained, adolescent fast food employees than the workers at this location. Would not come back based on this experience alone.

I scheduled an oil change and showed up bright and early for my appintment. I was then told my oil change was going to cost well over $100. When I asked why they told me they didn't have conventional oil. How do you not have oil to do a basic ail change? I was asked to go next door to buy my own oil and then pay $37 for them to change it for me. I then called back a week later to see if they had conventional oil and was told no. Talk about a waste of time.

Went to get an oil change, the advisor acknowledged everyone that came in even though it was busy and she was the only one up front. The way she handled a nasty customer was just amazing. Shows that she knows what she’s doing her name is Joanne very beautiful young lady, we need more people like her working. I’m going to keep recommending my family and friends to go there because of that young lady.

They honestly did a a great job. Booked an oil change at 3:00pm today on a Saturday for just about later and they got it done then and there. Good customer service too

Had to replace all the my brakes because they weren't installed correctly. Charged me for windshield wipers which were never installed. Left lose nuts and bolts all over the car. Don't waste your time going there.
