My main recommendation for getting the 8 AM appointment and arriving around 7:45 AM. This will ensure that you are one of the first 3-4 cars up on the lift. If you are getting an oil change this will take 45 minutes to an hour. If you arrive any time after, I have heard time quotes of 1.5-2 hours. You can get the 8 AM time by scheduling online usually 1-2 weeks in advance. On the regular maintenance, they will try to upsell a few things, but in three years they’ve never been pushy at all. a simple google search can yield you the answers of whether something is necessary or not based on your mileage and car warning signs. Waiting room is fine. Number of chairs and news on TV.

Trrrrrrraaaaassssshhhhhhhhhh. Made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes before. Line outside was unidentifiable, just blended in with the traffic. Went inside, wasn’t assisted till 15 minutes later. Dude was full of joy and cheer as well.

If you have immigrant parents that barely understand English, don't come here. These guys basically told my parents that something needed to be done and they said ok. Next thing they know, they're being charged for filter changes when the car is only 10k mile and not even 2 years old. Total was in the hundreds and they paid it. The labor was more than double the parts alone and these parts were double the price of OEM and this parties. It's not the locations fault they don't have translators, but this place truly commiting highway robbery. Just beware.
