Auto Tow NYC Inc. did a fantastical job responding to my dad's call for a transmission repair specialist. His needed to be delivered for repairs due to the reverse gear not shifting back into place (in parallel park). Asher, one of the responders, perfectly coordinated and expedited the delivery process. He was very well-informed, was on time, and was up on his A-game when it came for delivery. We're all very satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend again for those who need a quick delivery to A/B location sweep.

Auto Tow NYC was great! They arrived in 30 minutes and were very communicative before the pick up and during. The pickup was fast and efficient. Their price was reasonable compared to other places I called that morning. Overall, it was a good experience despite my alternator going out on me.

I had a great experience with this tow truck company. My car’s starter wasn’t working so I needed a tow truck to tow my car to get it fixed. They were very punctual and understanding and even took the time to try to fix my car, and offered a reasonable price for the repair. Their professionalism and kindness turned a stressful situation into a positive one. I would highly recommend their services.

Requested a tow from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Service was prompt and professional. I had to pick up my daughter from school so I had to leave the car and meet the tow truck at the destination. Driver kept in communication over the phone. The unloading of the car was handled professionally without any issues. I would highly recommend this company.
