Hiep Hoa Auto Body

This place is really deteriorating over the years and now looks like after Apocalypse - scattered old parts and cars around , dirty place as hell , everything open and unattended. used them in the past 3-4 times,even referred my neighbors but no more If you have a simple fender bender on you 15+ years old car that you don't care much you might try to used but ... Non existent customer service , voice box is full you can cannot leave a msg. At 10 am on Tuesday nobody is there you try to ask someone to help you and they just turned their backs on you it is like you not there. If you are brave enough to leave your car you are on your own, don't expect someone to follow up for the process of the repair. After wondering 40min +and checking out the shop, without finding anyone to talk to the repair I need, I got terrified that I have to leave my car there and left. Yes they have done decent repairs in the past for cheap but I felt everything is really going downhill in the Hiep Hoa body shop . I really don't want to judge anyone business but the place is unacceptable and I would not recommend it

I needed the drive belt changed on my car. Hiep Hoa's auto repair on S 10th in San Jose came recommended. I went there Thursday, told him what I needed and made an appointment for Friday. He initially told me it would take an hour. It took 2 1/2 hrs. He got the wrong belt and had to reorder it. I waited in a chair outside. I would of sat inside but I'm a little sensitive to smoke and he had incense burning. All seems well under the hood again. I did find a smudge on my door that I cleaned once home. I might recommend him and might return for further auto repair.

Very poor quality service, slackers, will add damage to your vehicle like unwanted paints and dents, not checking if they miss a thing to repair like the inside of the car and careless handling as well. Not recommending this shop!

My mom found this place by accident years ago. Now we always bring our cars here to be serviced. Thanh is super nice and always pleasant to talk to. Always smiling every time I see him.

I have been to Hiep Hoa several times. Are they perfect? No but you can't beat the quality of work for the price. The first time I went was about 10 years ago. The side of my vehicle had been hit. The insurance company sent me a check for 7k and said fix it wherever you want and Hiep fixed it for $800.00. I was very skeptical for the price. But 10 years later that side of the vehicle still looks like brand new.
