Horrible experience. Where do I begin. I've had suspension work done before with them, and they did a great job at the time. I felt the price was a little high, but I needed the work done. So I went with them regardless.. The first work I got done, I asked for them to bring me all my old parts, and they did. However, when the guy went to pull my parts out of my trunk, he was throwing them on the ground and accidentally scratched my bumper.no big deal, I was happy for the repair to be done. So I let it be. This time, however, I knew for a fact. My car only needed a tune-up. I had taken it to a different mechanic before I came here and had an inspection done and verified it was a tune-up. However, because I was happy with the work They did here before , I came back to this place becausei wanted to give them my business. I brought my car here, and they did the inspection. Upon inspection, they showed me the fualt codes ( assuming i probably wasn't going to know what each code meant) However, I understood each misfire code which all pointed back to it needing a standard tune up. I decided to be quiet and see if he was going to be honest with me on what i needed. Long story short, I was told I had all these problems with my car. And that it was gonna cost anywhere from $4k to $6k and that they would not know until they open it up. I asked if I could just get the tune-up, and he said he recommended me either getting it all fixed at once and pay the $4k or in his opinion it's not worth fixing and I sell it and get something more affordable. $500 later and doing the tune up my damn self with the help of a friend , and my Mercedes-Benz running smooth like day 1. All it needed was a tune-up. No oil in my ECU ( he will know what I mean when he sees this) . To be honest, it sucks because I did like the people here and was hoping I could trust them 😕

I’m usually wary about trying a new shop but the Ferrari repair guy I knew recommended Star as he took his Mercedes here. I’ve had Joe’s and Kiet’s guys do maintenance and various repairs on my S sedans for almost a year now. Recently there was a muffled rattling sound that was driving me crazy. Kiet traced it to the rear stabilizer arm that was overlooked by another shop I used. Even though the repair was expensive it would have cost more elsewhere. Their shop is busy so don’t be taken aback by the craziness of the shop parking lot. I am more comfortable bringing repairs for these guys knowing that they can diagnose problems, repair, and charge a reasonable price.

Good shop. One of my family members owns a shop so I usually take it there, but when it’s issue that they don’t usually do, this is the shop I usually take my car or refer others to. My family’s shop doesn’t do transmission work so I recently referred my friend to get her infinity’s transmission. Joe was very transparent with the pricing. He found a transmission that was a little bit cheaper and offered us that discount vs. trying to make a little extra money. The car was done sooner than expected. Overall it was a very good experience.

Excellent work, answered questions and doesn't charge extra to look at nor try to upsell more expensive $$$ services and parts. I would recommend to anyone! It can ger busy there, they do good work!

My father recommended me this place so I’ve been going here for the last few years to get my Service A for my 2006 C230 Mercedes Benz 🚗 Bin is my technician and is so hardworking, reliable, communicative, knowledgeable and honest! He is very nice and friendly. He is also Vietnamese and I can speak to him in my native language. 🥰 please 🙏 ask Bin to fix your car!

The auto service is excellent because 1) it's lower priced 2) They have a big team of people. 3) they get it done quicker than any other small dealership gas station or even big dealership where they will give you a car rental. It looks a little dirty, but when you have a problem, that's the first place you will think of in the future. The owner is nice and intelligent and excellent customer service.
