Brought my new car in for a recall. They didn’t track my info from the call so there were notes about my appointment. Not a big deal since they started work right away but not great start. I waited and then when called me to grab my car. I noticed two minor scratches on my door. I talked to rep about it. He then called a manager that said it was impossible that his guys did it and he blamed me. His tone and words were less than professional. I said I had just cleaned my car and that there was no damage there yesterday. I did my best to deescalated the manager and asked if he could do anything. Eventually he said he could do a quick buff. He took my car and got rid of one of the scratches and made the other pretty unnoticeable. Instead this could have been pretty easy fix and apology. I wouldn’t have been thrilled but mistakes happen.

Have had 2 horrible experiences at this service center recently. 1st was several months ago, brought the car in for regular maintenance and they attempted to upcharge me by several thousand dollars on unnecessary add ons. “Replacing aftermarket wipers” and the like. I had previously had great service here so I wrote it off as a one off. Took it in for tire rotation and alignment in addition to warranty covered work. The tpms is crazy sensitive so it is alerting low pressure after. I’ve calibrated it 3 times and no fix. Talked to someone at the shop on the phone and they recommended bringing it in to replace the cap that was lost during the service and put slightly over the recommended psi in them and recalibrate. Brought it in at 4 on a Friday and they couldn’t be bothered. Condescending, lazy, ineffectual and will never be bringing my car back here. Do NOT recommend
