I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, if I could give them a 0 stars I would. I hired this company (on May 15) for the convince that they could come out the same day and replace my broken back window of my van. The technician arrived Early and and got to replacing the broken window. However when he was in the middle of installing the new window it started raining and hailstorm came through and broke the window (want to clarify that he wasn’t finished with the installation). He then said that he would come out the following week to re place the window, however I told him that it wasn’t going to work since the only reason I even hired them was because they could come out the same day that my window broke., he said that it was fine and just called the company tk get my refund, (I wasn’t given a receipt). The next day I call to get my refund that lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and explained that my refund would be hit my bank account in the next couple of days. A couple of hours later I get a call from another representative of the company saying that unfortunately they couldn’t give me a refund that it was their company’s policy not to offer refunds I kept insisting that I needed my refund but they refused, the next couple of day I called insisting that I needed my refund but the only thing they would offer me was to getting me a new window I explained to them that wouldn’t work since I do a lot of traveling in my Van and I’m not always on the same city. But they kept refusing to refund me. That was was almost 3 months ago and I’ve still haven’t gotten my refund. I last called them on July 30 and was told that a regional manager or someone like that was going to reach out to me on the same day, that still hasn’t happened.

The technician we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I was very glad he gave his honest opinion on the crack in our windshield. The only reason I rated this as a 4 and not a 5 was because the scheduling aspect of it was weird, and there were miscommunications between us and their corporate type call center and the facility that put in our glass. The call center would t tell us a time at first, said the facility would call with the appointment time, the facility never called so I called back and got another rep at the call center who said they could only do it at 8am. When my husband got to the facility they told him it was incorrect and he was scheduled later so he ended up having to wait. They need to work on their communications, but would recommend them based on our tech that we dealt with.

James was our technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to replace our windshield in 30 minutes. If you every need them ask for James!

I called them for pricing. The lady was very rude on the phone. Had me holding for various periods of unexplained silence and then seemed confused when I told her I was calling for a price on a windshield. They can't look it up by year/make/model apparently. I'll just find a smaller shop that can provide me a price and then come do the job. I won't even go into the discussion we had about their "service area". Laughable. Just use somewhere else... It'll save you time & headache.
