I’ll never go anywhere else. They’re quick to diagnose the issue and fix it. I’ve used them for several years now. If they fix something and then I still have issues for whatever reason it may be, they have no problem getting it back in and figuring it out

My cousin was traveling on July 3, experienced car trouble. They were exceptionally courteous to her, found her problem and had her back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thank God for good people. Highly recommend this service center.

Super nice staff! I was in town for work and took a company vehicle in to get a tire patched and found out the brakes were in really bad shape. The techs and the service writer didn’t pressure me to get them fixed then and there. The repair estimate was reasonable and ended up being a couple hundred bucks cheaper than the auto shop my employer used. Can’t speak to the quality of mechanical repairs but the staff all seem genuine.

They were so nice. I had to come to a appointment to Maysville. And I broke down on rt ll. 6 tow companies latter we arrived in Maysville. At days inn. I called them. I had b & J to take my car. It arrived on Friday and Haukes auto picked me up at the hotel Monday morning. Great service! Great kindness! They didn't over charge.. I would recommend Hauke' Auto care to anyone who needs help. The manager, the young man who picked me up on Monday were very kind. Especially the young lady who handled the front and phone. She needs a raise.
