At the Maysville, Ky store I tried to do a simple return to my debit card on the purchase of some automatic transmission fluid and DANNY THE MANAGER wasn鈥檛 sure how to refund me from an email receipt that I showed him on my phone. Told me a needed a physical paper receipt and tried to offer me a gift card which I declined. He kept telling me theirs nothing he can do about it, words were exchanged so I proceeded to go to the other cashier(Cheryl). She was a sweet lady and very knowledgeable. She was well aware on how to complete the process. All she needed was a manger override code to complete everything but Danny absolutely refused to give it to her. He informed her that I could wait until tomorrow because of my attitude!?!?! This guy was very unprofessional and definitely shouldn鈥檛 be working in customer service yet alone being a manager. Once I return Monday to speak with the store manager I鈥檒l never be back!
