If I could give 20 stars I would. I was on my way to Michigan from Cincy when my serpentine belt snapped. My roadside assistance said 3 hours for a tow. I called Hart’s they towed me 20 min later, the owner took me to lunch and let me use his office for phone meetings I had for work. Seriously. I was fixed up in 6 hrs by the boys. I’ll be stopping back to see them for any maintenance needs I have or just to BS.

Broke three of my vents and took paint off the front of my car. Also after getting my car back when you turn the wheel it pops really bad. Come to find out from another mechanic, Harts put my motor in wrong and caused my CV joints to go bad.They won't take responsibility for it and blame it on me. Why would I break three of my vents and take paint off my car just to take it back to them when it already took 3+ weeks to get it back? They were only supposed to fix my engine not mess with the inside of my car but to move it. Beyond frustrated and won't be going back!

Well I sent my spindles out to have the wheel bearings pressed out and new ones pressed in because I used to trust these guys. They broke my spindle where it mounts to the car so now I can't use it. Acura doesn't make replacement spindles and they're hard to find and very expensive. Nobody called to tell me that the Soindle was broken, one of my buddies works for him and at the time he was 17 and he had to personally text me and tell me the Soindle is broken. Why the owner Rob Hart didn't call is beyond me. So I called him after about a month or so of looking for a new spindle because I can't find one and he tells me that stuff happens and it's basically expected for something like that to break. It's an 1" thick of cast iron and he's telling me it should break while trying to be fixed. I asked Rob to help me look for a new one or pay for a new one and he refused to do either. Now I do not have a car to go to college with because I can NOT find a replacement spindle in my price range(I found one for $250) and he won't replace it. This was very morally wrong of him and he was very rude over the phone. So I don't have a way to college and he won't even help me look for a new spindle and if you ask me, that's screwed up.

I had previously called a different tow company, who had hung up on me, I called this company and they sent someone right away to get me towed. Very nice to work with. And the cost was the best part.
