Hamiltons Towing

What a wonderful experience. From the initial call for help to the very end. The receptionist was very pleasant and the young man who picked up my car and told it was an absolute joy to meet. This is my second time having to use Hamiltons Towing and I always feel blessed and special using them.

The people in this office is amazing if you have to deal with a tow company I would recommend them at any given moment. I appreciate the explanation of how things worked and what I should do about the situation definitely a 10 out of 10

If I could give Hamiltons Towing 10 stars I would. I unfortunately had to have my vehicle towed to another location and I was really stressed out about it. Hamilton’s is very affordable. Our driver, Austin, was really nice and very professional. He called to confirm he was picking up the right vehicle. He was here faster than I expected and quickly had it loaded up and gone. Trust this local, family-run business with all of your towing needs. You will not be disappointed.

The company we sold our car to partnered with Hamilton's to pick up our car, so my interactions were limited. However, the interaction I did have was incredibly positive. The tow truck driver, who came to get the car, Steve, was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. He called prior to arriving with a good ETA: enough time for me to prepare and be ready with what he needed. When he arrived, he was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

These guys were fantastic! I got multiple flat tires on 31 after running over a piece of steel while I was passing through town, and I believe Trent was the one that helped me out. He got my car loaded up and towed to the nearest place to get it fixed, he was very friendly and explained everything nicely. He even took time to help assess the damage to the front of my car so I had a better understanding what needed fixed. The service was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the area!
