1 Stop Vehicle Reconditioning and Restyling

Images are before and after their work with replacing my Miata’s fender. Considering this was my first experience with something like this and how some people warned the paint may not match when work like this is done, my expectations were set low on the results. But these guys literally broke well past those expectations and provided results that absolutely floored me. And this was done at a very affordable price too! I 100% recommend this place for any and all of your body work needs!

I went to menards one day and someone put a nice dent and scratch on my back fender then a couple of days later someone pulled out in front of me so I put the trans am in the ditch to avoid getting hit. I decided there was a black cloud over the car and since the saying is the 3rd time is the charm I was going to put the car up until next spring. The car sat for 2 months and I just really wanted to take it for a drive. So I went to meijer to get groceries and pool chlorine. I put the back seat down to load all my items in. The drive was great so i thought the black cloud was gone. I really didnt drive it again for about a month. I went to get in the car and I could smell bleach really bad. I TOTALLY forgot to unload the pool chlorine. The weather had been so hot and muggy during that time, at some point the bottles cracked and started to leak. I started to sweep the carpet to try and start cleaning it up but the vaccum was ripping the carpet. I put my hand down the seat and I could feel the liquid. I decided to tell my husband I thought I needed a professional person to clean it. Whelp the 3rd time was the charm. Forgetting the chlorine I really screwed up my car. I was so upset and mad at myself. I am so thankful Ray asked 1 stop to work on my car. The car is 100% back to normal. New back seat and carpet, the chlorine smell is completely gone and the scratch and dent fixed. The car looks brand new again. I would recommend 1stop all day long. I am beyond greatful to the guys who made my car beautiful again. You would never guess the back seat was covered in chlorine.

I had a nightmare situation. My car got keyed and the insurance company would not do an in person estimate, so it kept coming back low. The team a One Stop were great to work with. They kept on insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. Since I had to wait about 3 months for my car to be repaired, they went above and beyond. My car looks brand new! Shiny paint, clean rims, no dents, no rust, clean headlights, a new rear window (yeah they even keyed my window). The interior was clean and smelled nice as well. In the most empty way, thanks to the lowlifeB who keyed my car because One Stop was able to do excellent work!

2nd time using 1 stop had some delays on parts being back ordered. But Tom Jones and the guys alway took the time to explain the problems and how they were going to correct the situation. The converted handicapped van manufacturer told me only to take it to the because of the lift and lowered floor. Most shops can't service the lifts.

Called Tom to get a quote on installing a pair of speakers in the front doors of my 2013 F-150. Tom quoted a price and had me scheduled for Monday. Dropped the truck off and it was done in just over an hour. Had the speakers installed and they even diagnosed the issue with the rear driver door speaker. Excellent work and I will definitely refer One Stop to anybody. Great and honest people to work with. I will be back for the rear speaker to be installed soon.

I am AMAZED by the work that 1 Stop did!! Tom was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and communicated with me through the whole process. My car was unrecognizable when I picked it up. It was beautiful! They also went above and beyond and cleaned the inside for me! I couldn’t believe how quickly they did the job and how wonderful it looked. I will be coming back for any other needs I have for my vehicle. HIGHLY recommend 1 Stop Auto Reconditioning!

I came to 1 Stop at the recommendation of a mechanic in the area. I worked with Tom, the owner, who went above and beyond in every area of customer service. He helped walk me through the confusing process with insurance and car rentals and took EXCELLENT care of my car. It came back both better and cleaner than when I left it. There is nothing more I could have asked for from my experience working with 1 Stop VRR.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Tom, the owner, is great to work with and they do fantastic work. Looked like a brand new car when they were done and it was completed right when they said it would be. It’s not always easy to find a good body shop but look no further than 1Stop!
