For residents in Lebanon and the surrounding areas, this establishment has become a go-to destination for comprehensive automotive care. You can easily connect with them by phone at (513) 932-9090 or via mobile at +1 513-932-9090. As a key player in the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, Greg Holland's Auto Services is committed to providing a full spectrum of services and goods designed to maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of local vehicles.

The core of any auto repair station lies in its environment, and while specific architectural details of Greg Holland's Auto Services are not extensively detailed, typical local repair shops prioritize functionality and efficiency. You can expect a professional garage setting with dedicated bays for vehicle diagnostics and repairs. These spaces are generally kept organized to ensure smooth workflow and safety. A customer waiting area is also typically part of the setup, providing a comfortable spot while work is being done, though specific amenities like Wi-Fi or refreshments are not specified. The address on Harmon Ave suggests a location that is generally accessible for local residents, indicating ease of access for dropping off and picking up vehicles. The atmosphere, as suggested by customer reviews, leans towards a friendly and trustworthy environment, fostered by the primary mechanic, Mike.

The services provided at Greg Holland's Auto Services, as an "Auto Repair Station," would encompass the standard range of automotive maintenance and repair needs. These commonly include, but are not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations and balancing, brake inspections and repairs (pads, rotors, calipers), engine diagnostics using modern equipment, fluid checks and flushes (transmission, coolant, power steering), battery testing and replacement, and general vehicle inspections. More in-depth services might also be available, such as addressing issues with the suspension system, exhaust system, heating and air conditioning, and electrical systems. The consistent positive feedback from customers strongly implies that they handle a wide variety of car troubles effectively, ensuring vehicles are running optimally.

A standout feature of Greg Holland's Auto Services, consistently highlighted in customer reviews, is the exceptional **honesty** and integrity of the mechanic, referred to as "Mike" in the testimonials. Customers repeatedly praise Mike for being "as honest as they come" and "awesome and honest." This level of trust is invaluable in the automotive industry, where vehicle owners often seek reliable and transparent service. This honesty translates into peace of mind for customers, as they feel confident that only necessary repairs are recommended and performed.

Another significant feature frequently mentioned is the **best prices around**. Multiple customers have emphasized the affordability of the services provided, indicating that Greg Holland's Auto Services offers competitive and fair pricing for their work. This combination of honesty and affordability makes the shop highly attractive to local users, as it addresses two of the biggest concerns people have when seeking car repairs: cost and trustworthiness.

Furthermore, the shop benefits from strong **word-of-mouth referrals**. One customer mentioned being referred by a co-worker, and another stated they have "sent friends and family there as well." This organic growth through satisfied customer recommendations is a testament to the quality of service and positive experiences people have at Greg Holland's Auto Services. It also highlights the community-focused nature of the business, building a loyal customer base through reliable service and personal connections.

However, a feature to note is that the shop can be **very busy**, and there may be times when customers "will have to wait to get a repair." This indicates a high demand for their services, which, while a positive sign of their reputation, also means potential customers should be prepared for possible lead times. The advice given by a customer to "just ask how long it will take" suggests that the shop is transparent about their schedule, allowing customers to plan accordingly. This busyness is a direct consequence of their popularity and the trust they've built within the community.

Regarding promotional information, while specific advertised deals or marketing campaigns are not provided in the given data, Greg Holland's Auto Services' strongest form of promotion appears to be its stellar reputation for honesty, fair pricing, and reliable service. The repeated mention of "Mike" and his integrity in customer reviews serves as an informal yet powerful promotional tool. The business likely benefits from strong customer loyalty, with individuals and families bringing "all our vehicles" and continuing to be "customer a long time to come." This indicates that their primary promotional strategy revolves around delivering consistent, high-quality service that encourages repeat business and positive referrals. They may not need extensive traditional advertising, as their customer base is built on genuine satisfaction and trust. Any promotional efforts would likely emphasize these core strengths: the personal, honest service provided by Mike and the competitive pricing.

In conclusion, Greg Holland's Auto Services operates as a highly regarded auto repair station in Lebanon, OH, distinguished by its exceptional honesty, fair pricing, and reliable service, largely attributed to the mechanic, Mike. While their popularity may sometimes lead to wait times, customers consistently express satisfaction and loyalty, making them a trusted choice for automotive needs in the local community. Their business thrives on strong word-of-mouth, a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction and transparent service.

Greg Holland's Auto Services Customer Reviews

I've been in Ohio for about 2-1/2 years now. A co-worker suggested I call Mike at Holland's when I needed a repair on my truck. My wife and I now bring all our vehicles to Mike any time they need anything that we aren't going to do ourselves. We have no complaints whatsoever. The biggest concern with auto mechanics is honesty and Mike is about as honest as they come. We consider ourselves lucky to have been referred to Mike. We'll be his customer a long time to come.

Mike is awesome and honest. I take my vehicle there every time I can't do it myself and have sent friends and family there as well. He is very busy and there are times you will have to wait to get a repair, but he has the best prices around, so just ask how long it will take...etc.

Only gave 1 star bc you can't give zero. This man had my car for almost 6 weeks and didn't even touch it! The communication was awful..I would have to call him. He lied continuously about the "work" he had done...how do I know it was lies? I became so aggravated with this situation that I eventually had my car towed to another mechanic and he said NOTHING had been done to my car. So it sat for almost 6 weeks, untouched. The new mechanic had my car fixed in 2 days. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!

We took our car here in September as it needed new brakes and rotors and this shop was suggested to us. All was fine and well until we go to get an oil change/tire rotation at a different location. The employees there ever so graciously informed us that we desperately needed new brakes and rotors, which was very surprising since we had them done only two months ago. Come to find out that he never replaced the brakes or rotors- just the brake pads- and charges us around $300 and then claimed they look they way they do because of "wear and tear." I really wish I can add pictures to show how far from the truth this statement was. Definitely won't be returning.

I have been a customer of Greg Holland for a long time and never had a complaint even after Mike Lawson took over the business did not have any problems until recently. Now this is a one man operation who orders parts ,customer service billing which doesn't leave much time to do repair work ,forget about making an appointment your car might set there from 1 to 3 weeks. My latest and last experience was with a strut replacement, which was defective and he would not honor the warranty. from a formal loyal customer.I have had enough next stop better business.
