I arrived at 5:10pm after leaving work early to get there. I waited 40 minutes for an oil change. The tech acted very frustrated and was less than friendly. I asked him to check the air pressure in my tires also and he over inflated them all to 37 or 38 psi! I let the excess air out to the recommendations on the tires. Trying to ruin my tires is not the way to get a good review!

Every single employee I worked with was professional and extremely helpful. My car was taken there in somewhat of an emergency situation and it was diagnosed and fixed within two days. The all around service experience I have there never disappoints. I am a customer for life!

The Service Staff called to update me on the process, as well as let me know of other concerns they had with my vehicle. They did not move forward with more service (which would have been more profit for them) without my permission. I appreciated this, and asked them to proceed with taking care of the rest of the issues.

I dropped my vehicle off for service Friday, after discovering the problem with my car they call for authorization to fix it. I called them back and told them to go ahead, they said they could not get to it till Saturday now. They finished the work on Saturday and called me just be for the service dept closed. I called back just 10 mins after 1pm to see if I could the pay for my car and come pick it up sense it was done, the sales manager told me sense the service dept closed at 1pm that there was nothing he could do I would have to pick up my car Monday morning. In short a job that should of took 2 to 3 hours to do left me with out a vehicle for 3 days. Worst service experience I have ever had with a car.
