Even though during this pandemic waiting time has increased a lot but still I am happy with their customer experience as they are there to help with less numbers of staff. Some people may not be happy because of that but reality is different! We have to wait wherever we go and this is because of the pandemic 馃樂! Store manager is a nice lady, she listens to the customers actively, ask good questions and then provide the solutions! Last time I had to wait almost 3 hours and then I found out that I needed to change one of the tires and to get that I have to wait till tomorrow! I agreed to wait and they put on my spare tire so I can go home! As soon as the tire was available they gave me a call and install the new tire in less than 20 minutes!

My experience with the staff was amazing. Dana was extremely pleasant and helpful. She even allowed me to order breakfast while I waited and we had a little brunch. :-) The rest of the staff was also great including Corey and Rick. They worked on my car and were very informative about what I needed. It was a really great experience and service.

Came in with a deflated run flat still covered by partial warranty. The store manager, Dana McCall, was extremely friendly and personable. She was upfront and let me know despite having an appointment I may have to wait some time because there was only one technician on staff. Despite a busy morning of appointments and walk-ins my tire (determined flat due to a nail) was patched up and ready to go in a couple of hours. The repair was even covered as a courtesy service. Dana鈥檚 positive energy and Kerry鈥檚 service exceeded my expectations!

I had an excellent experience at this Goodyear. Despite their busy schedule the team treated me with respect and explained everything they planned to do as well as explained the charge structure. When I had a question about the bill and warranties I phoned in and they were happy to help me figure out the details and reimbursement. Additionally, it was a neat clean environment that was comfortable to wait in. Will absolutely return here again if my car gets screwed up.

March 2019 I had my 2006 Buick towed to the Upper Darby store because I have a Goodyear credit card. The tow truck driver said my transmission hose needed to be replaced. Once I was checked in, I asked to have my air conditioner serviced. I was charged $118.00 for a diagnostic and an additional $150.00 for the vac, dye and charge. They kept my car overnight and I picked it up the next day. My total bill was approximately $850.00. April 2019 I returned to the store because my Air was blowing 'LUKE COOL" it never got cold. I also had my oil changed while I was there. I was initially asked to pay an additional $59.00 for another diagnostic for the problem with the air conditioner, I asked the check in person why and I explained I paid for a diagnostic in March, the $59.00 was waived. I was then sent home after my oil change and asked to return the next morning because the mechanic that worked on my car in March was off and he was most familiar with my car. I said OK. I was also told I needed a tire rod and given an estimate of $342.00. When I returned the next day, I was told I needed a $842.00 compressor for my air conditioner!? I asked why wasn't this caught during the diagnostic in March!? I go round and round with the I'm guessing the Manager... He finally tries to tell me that the diagnostic in March was for the transmission hose and not for the air conditioner. He refunds my money for the diagnostic, but not the $150.00 for the vac, dye and charge on an air conditioner that had the DYE run through to check for leaks and not tested before it was returned to me the next day. The tire rod bill was approximately $200.00. I have been a customer on and off at this store for about 15 to 17 years. I am disappointed. I had hoped that the new staff, would be better. The front office people are very nice and polite, however at some point the mechanics need to be re-evaluated and taught to be honest with the customers. IF I HAD WAITED UNTIL MAY 2019 TO USE MY AIR CONDITIONER, the spin would have been "it was tested and working when we serviced it in March". Thank god for the 80 degree day the 3rd week of April 2019.
