Gomez Auto Repair

My experience was not so great. I was referred to this place. I paid 400 for my car to break down again 2 days later. Took it back for him to fix as he told me too. I drug my car their twice upon his request. The first time he asked me to bring it back as he was closing early, 2nd time he didn't come into work. 3rd time he looked at my car and offered to fix for another 400 but he couldn't really tell me what the problem was. I took to another repair shop and paid $80 for the fix and have had no more problems. I will never visit this place again. Very unprofessional and I feel I got ripped off. It is my understanding their service has decreases substantially.

I had them put a transmission in my black Lincoln 1999 continental. And change hubs I’m missing a transmission bolt and a exhaust bracket Gomez son did the job got transmission fluid all over my hood and sides of car. Transmission fluid all over my front two vogue tires then wiped my car off with a rag and took paint off my car. Also have a slice in my tire. Going there Tomarrow for a refund. Also my steering wheel shakes so that tells me his son messed my new front end work up I had done I’m very upset and I’m not going I’m going all the way if I don’t get my money back Tomarrow

Do not go here. Took my car here on dealership referral after an overheat they replaced the radiator, and then lost the resivior cap. Then it was still doing the same thing. Called my dealer back and they said Gome would do it for free since it was his screw up turns out my radiator did not need replacing but it was a blown head gasket causing the overheating. Told my dealership that I demanded another repair shop and they agreed I would not touch this place with a ten foot pole.

stay away!! from here.😡😡 took it there for brake service they didnt do one side and found out at dealership after inspection. went back and told them. they made up stupid excuses saying the caliper was broken. untill they removed the brake pads they didnt change, and i compared them to the new ones THEY REPLACED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. LAST TIME HERE. NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR HACEN MAL EL TRABAJO. SON TRANZAS.
