Walmart Auto Care Centers

So, there now a register over by the cosmetics and personal hygiene area. The associate that works over in that area was super helpful, and she was more than a great associate when I needed assistance. She was able to check me out like they do in electronics, and helped me avoid the walk all the way down to the other end since they had the self checkout on the west side of the store closed off. It usually a good visit whenever I go to wal mart. There was one associate that was very negative towards me and my children when we were there for some groceries, but that was prior to my getting into giving feedback about my visits, so I'll leave that one alone.

Friendly staff. I was helped asap. As I was waiting for my van to get serviced with the Pit Crew Oil Change for 19.88 I was asked what I was waiting for by a mechanic clearly ready to help. Friendly conversation, cozy waiting with tv to watch. #JC

My daughter took her car for an oil change. When she picked up the car it sounded louder. She isn't familiar with cars much so she brought it over to our house. We popped the hood and saw that they never put the oil cap back on! When we called Walmart to let them know, the guy didn't seem to care and didn't offer any apology or remedy. Awful customer service.

The store hours on Google show closing at 7 PM on Sunday. I called them at 5:45 PM to make sure that they are open- no one answered the call. Finally going by the Google hours listed, I went to the store. They closed 3 minutes before 6 PM. I walked to the door and the hours of operations mentioned was7 AM- 6 PM on Sunday. Waste of time, gas and effort. I revisited on Monday at 6:15 PM to get my new tires installed. They said it was not in store yet, and I should call before visiting and make an appointment for installation. I called yesterday at 6 PM after receiving an email from them that the tires are now in store- no answer. I called again sometime back- no answer. I understand that they might be in the garage, but someone needs to be on the counter in the auto zone to answer calls. I called both their auto center number and their main number- multiple times. No one ever answers. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Refused to fix my tire that had a screw in the tread without an appointment which you can not place one for with that type of issue.
