Great shop! Recently moved to the area. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find a shop to do the maintenance on my BMW for a reasonable price. Great shop! Very professional and reasonable! I highly recommend Benz Tech if you have a European car. They really do great work!

Andy was great to work with had a very nasty turbo problem and exhausted most avenues he took a traditional approach eliminate each possibility and on day 2 finally found the problem ..I choose him because from his website I felt he would be someone that doesn't just stick the computer in and gives up if the codes make no sense..Great job highly recommended well worth the 1800 mile drive

The folks at Benz Tech were great! I just needed regular maintenance - oil change, fuel filter, tire rotation. They got me an appointment within a week. While there, I mentioned a slight hesitation from stop and that I had cleaned the EGR valve several thousand miles ago. They checked and found it was also dirty, so they cleaned it. Everything done in less than 90 minutes, while I waited. Total cost was less than just an oil change at a dealer.

Fantastic mechanics … polite and knowledgeable! Passing through (Chicago - Wash Dc). Road trouble always unnerving but BenzTech took us in right away and got us on the road. Can’t imagine how great they are with locals but have to be really good by the way they took care of strangers.

I took my 2014 Merc passenger Sprinter 2500 2.1L with a squeal coming from either the exhaust manifold or the turbo. The crew quickly identified the problem and offered photo updates and options for repair along the way. I had previously diagnosed the problem at James Motor Company in Lexington, KY. They have a dedicated Mercedes Sprinter service department, and Benz Tech quoted me almost the exact same price with more flexible options. Benz Tech's price was fair and the workmanship was quality. I would trust these guys to work on my van again.
