Jeremy, the owner is the man! Before ordering any parts, I messaged Jeremy on Facebook asking for advice and instead of up-selling me for parts I did not need, he gave me a cheaper alternative which he also had in stock. He gave me technical advice how to install and tune my carburetor on this specific bike with said parts. I ended up ordering these parts for my Honda VTX1300 that night, unfortunately they got lost in the mail (not his fault at all). I messaged Jeremy and he responded almost right away. He went out of his way to file a missing package claim and even replaced the parts on his own dime after several days of the original order, not arriving. I just received my order today and I am extremely happy with his business model and customer support. The man truly cares about his clientele whether it’s a $30 order or several hundred dollar order. I will certainly be a returning customer, give Goheencycles a shot you won’t be disappointed!

Usually don't leave reviews, this might be the first google review I've done. I have to say this guys work is great and he is very quick to respond or take the time to help anybody. Not only have I purchased a few products from him but I also had an issue with my bike and explained to him what was going on, it took him a few minutes and he helped me solve the problem. Just want to say thanks for the products and the help, keep up the great work.
