Glenn was amazing. He is such a genuine and down to earth person. He did amazing work on my car and did it for a great price. He did it in a timely manner and kept me informed the entire process. When it was fixed and I needed a ride to get to my car he came and picked me up himself. He is genuinely great and has a ton of knowledge. Hands down best mechanic.

Glenn was so great! He was very understanding of my situation and very flexible. Also very affordable. He order the part for me just for the part autozone to give him the wrong part and went back to autozone to get the right part, and still came back to fix my car that day. He spent all day on the car and knew exactly how to fix it. I will be recommending all family and friends. Thank you Glenn!

On March 3rd, 2025, I had my 2010 Toyota Tundra towed to Glenn’s shop due to my alternator being blown out after AutoZone installed the wrong battery, causing my truck to keep shutting off. Glenn assured me that he could install a new alternator but required a $400 upfront payment to purchase the parts himself. He also mentioned that he would replace the serpentine belt. I paid Glenn $400 via CashApp on March 3rd to get started. On March 5th, Glenn sent me a video showing my truck running, claiming he had completed the alternator installation and that my original serpentine belt was fine. When I asked Glenn if he installed a new alternator, he responded with hostility, telling me to bend down there myself if I wanted to check it, which I have on an audio recording. I also inquired about getting any money back, and he told me no, all while holding onto my keys, smoking marijuana at his desk, and visibly carrying a pistol. To avoid any confrontation, I paid the remaining $240 via CashApp and $131 in cash just to get my keys and leave. As soon as I turned the corner after leaving his shop, my truck shut off. I immediately called Glenn, and he told me to bring it back. However, he said he couldn’t look at it until the next day because he had to pay his rent for the shop, despite having taken all my money. I requested an itemized receipt from Glenn, as the one he gave me was incomplete and lacked details about the labor and parts. He then demanded the old receipt, ripped it up in front of me, and claimed there was now no proof. He then created a new receipt with added details, which I also have recorded and a picture of the original receipt before it was destroyed. On March 7th, Glenn called and told me that there was nothing more he could do and that I should pick up my truck before someone steals the catalytic converters, warning that he would not be responsible if that happened. He falsely claimed that my truck had an electrical problem. I had my truck towed home, then towed to the Toyota dealership on March 10th, 2025. After running diagnostics, the dealership confirmed that the wrong alternator had been installed. When I called Glenn to inform him that the wrong part was installed, he argued, stating that he installed the alternator that AutoZone recommended for my vehicle. I asked Glenn for receipts of the parts he purchased from AutoZone so I could get refunded, but he refused to provide them, claiming they were in his email and he wasn’t going to pull them up. Glenn then told me that if I wanted a refund, I would need to drop off the part with the Toyota diagnostics papers to him at his shop . To keep the alternator, I had to pay a $75 core charge. Upon inspecting the alternator, I discovered it was not new but a remanufactured part, and I took pictures of it. On March 13th, I went to Glenn’s shop to return the faulty alternator. Glenn told me he was busy with other customers and wouldn’t return any of my money until the next day. During this encounter, he had a pistol on his hip and was smoking marijuana, which made the situation feel intimidating. That evening, Glenn called and claimed that he had tried to return the part to AutoZone but that no manager was present, so he couldn’t process the refund until the manager returned. On March 14th, Glenn called again and told me to pick up the money myself from the AutoZone store manager, Isaiah. Glenn is great! Did you ever wish you had a cool neighbor who you could ask to work on your car? That’s exactly what Glenn’s Auto shop is! He was unlike the other mechanic shops in many ways, one major way is over pricing. He was very affordable and works very hard. There are some things to know, though: He does work by appointment because he runs a single-man shop. You bring the parts, he does the work.

I have a Maserati am very cautious on who I let work on my car. I kept hearing a noise under the car. Glenn found exactly what it was tightened it up, and I was on my way fast polite courteous, always willing to help thank you Glenn another shop would have told me it was something else and ripped me off.
