When Jorge was there on weekends this place use to be great. Great customer service, Jorge was attentive and took care of his customers. His daughter which happens to be there on weekends now it’s the total opposite. Don’t spend your money here, go elsewhere - you can eve go right across the street and get better service. Forget this place.

I went to this mechanic shop to have my brakes changed. Came out with my engine light on and traction light on. My car is now not safe to drive and jumping while I drive. Meanwhile my car did not have this problem prior to me coming in for the brake change. Do not go!!! The mechanics will do more harm to your car

Angelica and Falner are extremely helpful! I’ve had so many issues with my catalytic converter being stolen and them working with me so much! Angelica is so genuine and helpful! You can’t trust all mechanics, but I trust them!

They take to long. Replaced 4 struts on my car got it back with all lights on the dash and it's now overheating unbelievable they are the worst and they tried keeping my coilovers which I told them I wanted back

I brought my Hyundai Elantra to this location a couple of times and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions and got my car fixed in a timely manner. Prices are also reasonable and love that I can be treated like a human and not just a clueless girl at a shop I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends.

I have been a customer of John's for 17 years and counting. We met when my car shut off across the street from his Cooper Ave location, which is now a BP gas station. I was not alone when the car shut off. My 3 month old granddaughter and her mom where with me. It was a very cold Winter day. I walked over to the station and he drove me back to my car and took us all to his shop. He checked the car, confirmed the issue and took the time to educate me as well in layman's terms. The price was fair and his team completed the work with care and professionalism. I have since moved out of state and still travel back to have his team service my vehicle. I recommend this business to anyone that is having issues with their vehicle. I would give it 10 stars 🌟 if I could!!!
