I had a flat tire at 1 in the morning, on the grand central and A&D road side assistance was a life saver. The technician arrived quickly and was incredibly chill, kind and professional. He went above and beyond, not only putting on my spare tire but also giving me helpful tips to avoid future issues. Outstanding service—highly recommend!

Mike was amazing! I had a flat because a taxi man was mad I got to my families parking spot(we were switching spots) before him. He stabbed my tire, I low key thought he would ( trust your intuition) anyway that was 4am and I was ready for bed. I called Mike in the middle of the day on a busy Sat. I was upset so I ate an edible to relax, he got me right in under 5 minutes. So quick and efficient, kind and understanding. Mike if I have anymore tire issues (hopefully not!) I will definitely be giving you a call. He needs a promotion and a raise. Now on the way to a tire shop……. Next time I’ll just give up the spot 😂

Jeremiah was extremely helpful and efficient. Where other roadside assistance companies fell short, he arrived quickly and with a kind smile. Even with a complicated old truck he was patient until the issue was solved, and able to get me jumped. Highly recommend to all!
