Hello everyone, I am a car transporter. This dealership ordered a vehicle transport to another city for their clients. I drove about 100 miles to them, through Chicago traffic. When I arrived, they asked me to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the end, they said they changed their minds about shipping the car and told me to leave without paying for the job. If this is how they treat transporters, imagine how they treat their customers. I strongly do not recommend buying anything here.

Customer service was subpar. After receiving the necessary repair for my door, I asked one of the representative to check if there's any other repair for my car to which he said everything was good. After I got there and check, my car was just sitting in the parking lot for few weeks with tires flat, oil change is over the mileage, and etc. Never going back to this place.
