Came recommended through Gerber Collision. Was able to have it done while at work, the tech was friendly and fast. Would recommend. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Overall a great interaction. Was also priced cheaper than Safelite. If needed I will use again.

I used this company after a recommendation from my insurance company. They were so great! I called and had a mobile appointment by the next day. Very nice people and easy to use. Would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Asked about chip repair and was told they would need to replace my windshield without actually seeing the chip. Asked him why and he said I could email pictures. Emailed pictures and received no response. Called and asked for the same person and was told I couldn't be directed and if there was anything else they could do for me? Informed them of why I was asking for person and then got left on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected.

At approximately 1200 today on I-94 West a driver of a Glass America van sped up to edge my vehicle out of the lane. He then proceeded to follow my car off the State St exit, into the mall parking lot and drove circles around my car in the parking lot to intimidate me. Completely unprofessional and mentally unstable person working for Ann Arbor Glass America. I wouldn’t allow them near my vehicle, home or family.

Service was prompt, courteous and staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The glass repair service did not take as long as quoted for my bigger Honda suv which I truly appreciated. I have been here twice and they have done quality work each time, would highly recommend doing service here.

Amazing service! Got me in next day and fixed the dent that my hood caused when it failed and smashed my windshield. They were cheaper than all the big box places, and a warm atmosphere. I felt like a friend than a faceless customer. 100% recommended!

The glass installer was great, glass America was not. We agreed to an appointment time, without explaining to me that the mobile glass repair was subcontracted and they didn't necessarily follow that schedule. If not for the kindness of the installer returning to help I would have been stranded.

Best price anywhere around, punctual, accommodating. I loved that they came to us, instead of us to them. Very friendly but most of all, a job well done.

Did not inform me I wouldn't be receiving an original OEM Windshield replacement. Once I explained the Windshields appearance was not at all like the original, they told me they weren't required to tell me I wouldn't be getting original equipment manufactured glass. Soon after the glass surface starting to chip. Couldn't recommend this company.
