Batteries Plus

Batteries Plus on Packard is a fantastic store! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help with any questions or issues. They have a great selection of batteries, light bulbs, and phone repair services. I was impressed by how quickly they replaced my phone battery, and their prices are very reasonable. It's super convenient to have a place like this in Ann Arbor. Highly recommend for anyone needing batteries or tech repairs!

Be careful with these people. Be sure that you know exactly what questions to ask, because they will NOT give you any heads up about their products or services. I had them replace parts on my iPhone and they didn’t inform me that they weren’t using genuine parts. Only after I got home did my iPhone inform me that my parts were non-genuine. I was told that “unfortunately no” there will be NO compensation for the time taken out of my day and that I can come back and they can just give me my old battery back. Not okay.

Update - store has an excellent range of products. However the apparent lead on the day I was there refused to give me a refund on something I purchased on his recommendation. It did not work and the only way I could determine that was to open the package. I should have gotten name but I did not. He was rude and unhelpful. No stars for him but I will be back because the rest of the staff is uniformly helpful.

Once again, stopped in to get help with a failed device (Galaxy Cell with failed screen) and the crew took care of us pronto. As usual, top shelf service. I absolutely recommend this store for your needs. I have known the owner over 15 years and his service and support has only gotten better, way to go Krishna, and thank you and your team.

Had trouble finding a place that will take alkaline (disposable/non-rechargeable) batteries. The Drop Off Station can no longer accept them unfortunately and recommended Batteries Plus. Thankfully they were able to take them (only $1.25/lb) and the employee I talked to was super helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back now that I found this place!

AMAZING Customer Service! The team I dealt with (Andrew, Dwain, Kyle, Mike and the owner Krishna) were incredible. The owner even unloaded my car and loaded the new batteries (heavy!) for me. The batteries were the best pricing (and I did my research) anywhere. This is the second time I have purchased this year and both times were exceptional experiences!
