Geyer's Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

Best oil change and service shop I’ve been to since I started driving 22 years ago. Lightning fast, without the slimy up-sell nonsense. Great crew of guys that know what they’re doing. Prices are more than fair. I live in Flint, but my girlfriend lives in Saginaw, and I make sure to get my oil changed while I’m in Saginaw instead of Flint. If I had a kid, I’d send them here for oil changes without hesitation. Skip the reviews on other Saginaw spots and just go here.

Stellar service always. The staff treat you like a family member. They ensure you know everything that need assistanwhaon your vehicle that they're certified to inform on. Been going for years and hope there's more years to come.

I've been coming to this location for years and have always had good experiences while bringing multiple vehicles there. Service is great, prices are reasonable, and I don't feel I'm being taken advantage of because of my lack of car knowledge. But the reason I'm taking the time to write a review is that, during my most recent oil change, while having them install a battery I'd purchased elsewhere, my 4 year-old son insisted on having his window down so he could see everything better and talk to the guys. He thanked them for getting the oil change and battery install done quickly (he wanted to get to the park right away) and then asked for high-fives. Two of the guys apologized for not being able to high-five him because their hands were dirty. They ran to the back, washed their hands, and came back up just to give him a high-five before we pulled away. That simple gesture, which was ultimately an inconvenience for them, exemplifies the overall experience I've had over the 8-9 years I've been going there. They're good dudes who do good work.

Crazy quick, super easy, friendly service. Offered to change filters but didn't push anything. $50 cheaper than doing it at the dealership. This will be my go to oil change place for life.

My favorite place to go! These guys are FREAKY FAST, respectful if you do your own filter maintenance-never pushy, and thorough. Did I mention fast?! Awesome team they have.

Fast and friendly service. Every time. Always have what I need. Make sure all fluids are topped off. Check my tires and all of my bulbs also. Put my new wiper blades on for me. I felt like I left there not being charged for all of the services because it was such a low total for the oil change and all services.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at Geyer’s today. I went in for a simple oil change, and they replaced my windshield wipers. What should have been a routine service turned into a costly and dangerous ordeal. The first time I used the new wipers, one of them flew off mid-wipe and CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. This is a direct result of their shoddy workmanship. I immediately returned to the store to report the damage. To my utter disbelief, the staff simply reattached the wiper and completely disregarded the cracked windshield. There was no apology, no offer to assess the damage, and absolutely no remorse. They acted as if it was a minor inconvenience, not a serious safety hazard and a significant expense. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Not only did their negligence cause damage to my vehicle, but they showed a complete lack of concern for my safety and the financial burden they caused. I will never return to Geyer’s and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. Their careless actions and dismissive attitude are a recipe for disaster.
