I would like to give my thanks to Mike. He was very helpful and respectful to me. I am an older woman and they could’ve taken advantage of me by selling a new battery. Instead, he was kind enough to explain how to possibly get my battery back up to full power by itself and then bring it back in to have it rechecked. It is very nice to be able to go an establishment that thinks of customers first.

Came here late night and the customer service was great. I'm not a car person at all and I needed a blinker light bulb put in. The attendant Mike was so helpful he came and did it for me. Then I went back in to check out floor mats for my ride. And seconds later he came around the corner with a paper saying he look up my ride and gave me the right floor mats he's really great with customer service great job

I went here for buying and replacing one of the headlights and asked them if they could replace it for me, and they replaced it for me really fast! They are so helpful and professional. Highly recommend this store!

I went to 4 auto places and every one wanted sell me a new battery and install in 2 hours to 1 day waiting. Then i went to autozone. Told them i had to go back to hospital to pick someone up and needed to know if I could stall my car and start up again or if i really needed a new battery. My remote in Traverse has issues and car left me stranded until someone gave me a jumpstart . The nice tall Autozone man checked all the vitals of my car and said everything was caused by my remote and all was ok now. Thank you sooo much!
