I had went there for a courtesy inspection due to having several codes and some squealing going on. I agreed to have a rear wheel bearing replaced and was told it would take about an hour. Two and a half hours later I was still sitting there. When asked what was taking so long, I was told that other codes had popped up while test driving it. It's all a little fishy to me though, considering the wheel bearing they said was bad and needed replacing had just been replaced roughly 14 months prior, and I was told the other side's wheel bearing code didn't pop up when they had done the inspection. But these are the same people that claimed my ABS and Traction control codes weren't on when they're on 24/7. Something is fishyyyy.... Anyways, during this conversation when asking for clarification, I was met with attitude from the manager. This was confronted and escalated into a yelling match. I, the customer, was called crazy and accused of "slamming things" when I did absolutely no such thing.... Still never found out what the squealing was from, so that ball was dropped too, and be prepared to sit there forever while they dick around with your vehicle. I will never return here.

Amazing Customer Service, had my car towed in on a Sunday, they were open! a wonderful man named Travis helped us, he was so honest and helpful in explaining our issue, I felt very welcomed and at ease, they are an honest place to go, again Thank you Travis! If you need repairs, tires or work, this is great place to go, you can trust them to do a great job and not over charge you like the bigger named places!

We got a flat tire during our family vacation and called them 20 minutes before they closed to see if they could help us. They were very accommodating and were willing to get us in right away and back on the road in no time! It's nice to see such a high level of custom service in today's world. Great people!

Monroe Kan Rock helped me with my tire within minutes! The front girl was very professional, knew her job well, & was effective in getting the job done quickly. Also, the cost was lower than even Walmart!!! Great service. I recommend Monroe to anyone who needs car service. Thank you guys.

Everyone there was beyond professional and friendly. Most importantly, they helped me get back on the road again safely after doing my two rear brake pads and replacing my stock tires been driving with since I got my car. I'll keep coming back here since they seem trustworthy!
