I called Jarvis for a second opinion after the dealership gave me an estimate of 4,500$ for work that needed to be done on my car. The dealership mechanics made me feel like they were just trying to get as much money as they could and spend as little time doing it as possible. I don't know much about cars but I was definitely having some problems with it. When I called Jarvis he came over on time and did a thorough inspection of the car, I really felt like he took his time with it and explaining to me everything that needed to be done and why, which I really appreciated, and explained what didn't need to be done from the estimate given by the dealership. His estimate was 1485$ and he completed the work over two days. He was very professional and friendly, and handled all of the issues the car was having. I'm so thankful that this service, the estimate given by the dealership would have devastated me financially. I really feel like this is one of the few honest mechanics left and I'll be a customer here for life.

I recommend Get Started Auto 100%! My Altima was feeling really sluggish so Jarvis did a full tune up & replaced my spark plugs, now my car is running better than ever! He also ran a diagnostic check to make sure nothing was wrong with the engine or transmission. Service was professional & quick, will definitely be returning for any future car repair needs.

I read a yelp review and called to see if they could fix my suspension, and they did.They took a few days they didnt have any same day appointments but they came right out to my house and did my shocks right in my garage. Nice guy very knowledgeable and friendly and clean. Explained everything and even gave me a warranty. I have already scheduled my brake repair job.
