I took my car to this location to get my front bumper repainted due to the clear coat peeling off under warranty.It was obviously a job not done correctly the first time . A week later after they finish repainting the bumper I noticed some scratches on my back window .I inform them about it after they finish washing the outside of my car and they said that they didn't do it even though they said that they will attempt to buff it out but it didn't work . How the scratches got on my window God really knows.They didn't clean my tire rims because they looked very dull and not shiny. They also didn't clean the inside of my car out regarding the bad smell and residue from the car being in the shop from them painting.I notice my driver's door has something spilled on it.How that happened God really knows as well.There excuse was that they don't clean out the inside of a car regarding warranty work.But they claim that they do it regarding insurance related claims.It really should not and don't matter and they should have cleaned the inside of my car out.They were not going to pay for my rental car that they coordinated with Enterprise for me for the inconvenience of my car being in their shop until the other Gerber collision shop on Plainfield got involved even though they said that they gave me a company discount.Whosoever it pertains to God really see what you do to people.What you sow so shall you reap.

I drove to Walmart store just last week on Alpine NW and when I got home. I found out that someone had removed or damaged the passenger mirror cover. It was shocking to me how anyone could have done this to my vehicle without a conscience. However, I drove to the dealership and requested for an estimate of damage and told it would cost over five hundred dollars including other charges of at least three hundred dollars. I decided to look for other places around and found that there was a way to save some money. So, I drove to Gerber Collision and Glass, got my vehicle repaired for two hundred dollars because they replaced the cover. I was amazed with the quality of job they did on my vehicle. Guys, it’s always nice to get a second opinion on things like this. Other than assuming the dealership is your only option.

Was asked to pick the car back up the next day, as the parts (window replacement) had still not come in after 3 weeks, when the initial appointment was scheduled. 2+ months later, the car was dropped off last week (September) on its new repair date, as it was “ready for repair.” Somehow a week later “the parts still haven’t arrived.” I was informed that more parts needed to be ordered after the window glass was removed. However, when asked if I could take the car elsewhere for repair due to the incompetency of management, I was told yes, that was an option as the windshield hasn’t been removed yet. If you want to get the run around and worst customer service, I’d go here. Management… there is none. *Check out the professional paint touch ups as well. Stay away from this business location.

We had the pleasure of striking a garbage can that blew into the road on a windy day. Gerber was professional, friendly, well organized and came recommend for garenteed repairs. The timeline on parts and repairs were spot on. Parts were painted off the Buick to keep paint booth smell out of the vehicle. The Enclave was detailed inside and out upon return, my wife and I are completely satisfied with this experience. Will definitely come back, but hopefully won't have to! Highly recommend repair facility that strives to make all the details matter.
