Luis put a used transmission on my car. When I went to pick the car up, there was a dent in it. Luis was rude, threw a fit and accused me of not wanting to pay my bill. But what was worse, unknown to me, my car frame was severely rusted . He had to take it apart to replace the transmission. Within a month, the bottom of the car rusted through and was not drivable. I had wasted my money. I have had many mechanics tell Me he should never have agreed to replace the transmission. It was totally unethical. I would never trust this man.

Worst experience ever!Bought struts for my 2011 BMW Z4,Luis said 7-8 business days for shipping which is fine,in two weeks called them again and he told me the part is not available?! The worst thing he did a refund and I’m still waiting for my money more then a week,called the bank today because this business sounds like scam.

I called for brakes parts, they had the parts and cheap. That first phone call I was not told the part had to be pulled from the vehicle only that they had all the parts. So the next day I go in to purchase the part only to be told it had to be pulled and it couldn’t be done til Monday this was Saturday so I called on Monday to let him know I was coming in to purchase he took my number and advised he would call when ready this was 10am after getting the kids off to school. All day goes by and no call so around 2pm I called and the same guy advised he had a couple people in front of me and he would call. So around 4:30 I had my husband call thinking maybe he would here a man and have a lil more information. I listened on speaker while this man lied to my husband and told him he let me know it would probably not be til the next day because I called too late in the morning and he has several orders in front of me this was never said to me he told me a couple, now I failed to mention he knew Saturday I wanted the parts I was just calling to really confirm. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard a word from them I lost the mechanic that was waiting and I haven’t even been given the courtesy of a phone call.

I would leave 10 stars if I could. They provided the part I needed at a great price with awesome customer service. After a small mix up with tracking the part down, they offered to help me out with an installation. More than making up for the small human error that occurred. Thank you so much GRAP!
