Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experience.d. This is how our car was returned to us after repairs from a collision. This was not like this when dropped off. Was told by manager this is normal wear and tear. Nothing about this is normal. Unwilling to work towards a solution, simply stating “there is nothing I can do.”

I just got my 2013 Genesis Coupe back from Gerber and I couldn't be more pleased. I can barely tell there is any body work done, the bumper looks better than previously as it is brand new now. It also feels tighter than it did as the suspension has been repaired and replaced. They did a great job cleaning the car up as well, as I hit a deer and the bottom was like a horror movie. The smell was very putrid, I couldn't smell anything but my air freshener. This was an insurance job through Esurance's E-Star Program. The total came to roughly $5k in damage repaired in less than two weeks which was mechanical damage as well as body damage. I got it a few days before they originally said it would be done. And with their Lifetime Warranties I can't recommend them enough.

Gerber did an excellent job on my truck, where I hit two deer. Very professional, superb customer service. Adam Prather is a top notch estimator and his customer service is the best… very thankful to have dealt with such a honest professional. I refer Gerber to all that needs body work. They were so helpful & kind the entire time. I had no clue where to get my car fixed and was referred by a friend here. I could not be happier with their masterful work. They fixed everything and you would never know the car was hit. The paint job looks perfect especially since it's an indiscriminate color or blue/green shift, which has to be hard to match I am truly impressed. Thank you!
