My jeep aka Daisy got her dukes today . We gonna look super cute rolling around town 🌼🌼🌼.. I want thank Scott & the team over at RNR in Eastgate. He was knowledgeable , helpful , kind & help me pick the best wheels & tires for Daisy & within my budget .. I’m super happy with them & now I won’t wonder are they looking at me Naaaa .. they looking at my wheels baby !

First let's start with shipping issues, I was told 3-5 days and then it took 2 weeks to get the rims in their shop. I show up to get the rims and I provided the tires for the rims(no issue there) The issue is with their customer service. Not only was a told a different time frame because they didn't expect to install my tires on the rims(it was agreed to have them installed at the scheduled time) Whatever i need the rims. When I return to get the rims it is a long process in witch I had to wait for them to get in touch with my references(could have been done while I was out) Scott tried to question me about comuting to and from work, he tried to argue about who I was and wanted a social security number I already provided because I don't commonly go by my first name(I use my middle name) so I had to tell him to read the state issued drivers license i provided, At this point I'm livid, Finally we get to the part where we sign papers and finalize everything. We'll the price was about $400 more than what I agreeded to, so naturally I ask why the price is different. The man then says we have to wait until Angela gets in tomorrow and I can't have my rims and tires. Mind you I have already paid double the minimum for deposit and informed them i can only use a friends car till today. Now I am left without my car able to drive after 2 weeks All because they can't communicate. Then when I go to get my tires that I provided they throw the tired at me because the company can not comprehend how to communicate.

The tires I purchased didn’t even last a year. Even with all the “protection” plan and so called warranty, I was not able to fix without buying an entirely new set of tires. Which I of course did elsewhere. Save yourself the time & money and never shop at RNR.
