First class service! Go Team Robert! Finished my car a week ahead of the estimated completion date. My accident was a hit-and-run. Making a long story short, Gerber is first class. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs an experienced collision or glass shop👍

Beware! I brought my car in for a dent repair and they gave me an estimate under my deductible. I asked Mayra at the front desk when I arrived if what I was paying was the amount on the form I signed and she said yes. I was also required to sign a form saying that if I did not want to proceed with the work after it was started, I would pay a couple fees. I also signed a document saying that if there is unforeen repair changes, they would contact me, and the manager who inspected my vehicle at the time, Robert, also assured me that. I came to pickup my vehicle and the price jumped significantly, and they did not contact me with the updated information they had, which was that they actually had to dissasemble my car just to get to the repair, which I was told was not going to be necessary at the time of appointment. Robert, who was not only the person who gave the quote, also is the Manager, did not communicate any updates to my repairs. Robert argued with me at time of pickup, stating I signed a document stating that I authorized dismantling the vehcicle, but Mayra also assured me at time of appointment that dismantling would not apply due to the type of repair they saw and estimated. He said I was communicated the new updated price through a text message, but the text was sent AFTER the repairs were done, 30 minutes after I called them and told me my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was not given the opportunity to pay the lesser fee of canceling the service, and I would have considered it because I am tight on money. When confronted with the lack of communication, he agreed but but he obviously did not care at all. Steer away from this place, as you will get told one thing, but get forced to do another. There is no integrity in its management or its repair shop.

Went to the shop today to get an estimate for condenser and radiator replacement plus fixing this bended frame on a 2002 civic. I was shocked to hear that they don’t work on cars that old. I saw a latest model car totaled beyond recognition and they are telling me they can’t fix this small bent???? Doesn’t make sense.

This place is great! The mechanics are always amazing and helpful. The only reason I cannot give this place five stars is because every time I come here, the same front desk lady always speaks down to me and is extremely rude and acts like I’m bothering her. I would rather not come here simply because of her and her lack of respect.

I would like to compliment the excellent service that we received from both Jessica and Juan today at Gerber Collision in Menifee, Ca. Although they were very busy working with another client’s car, they took the time to look at our minor problem and make a quick adjustment to solve the problem with our car. Having had excellent collision service from them in the past, we were once again very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that we received.”

So far the customer service is fine. I was surprised by how unkempt the entire property is. Weeds everywhere from the entrance in the parking lot to the front door. Weeds to my waist. Not a good look. Hoping my car comes back better than it looks over there! Should have taken pictures but....
