Ordered new tires for my Toy Hauler, great experience from start to finish. Ezekiel was my service tech. Fast , friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely go back. Love the National Warranty!

I wanted to give a shout out to Alex and the gentleman that fixed my tire as well (unfortunately I do not recall his name). From the moment I walked in (no appointment), I was greeted with a friendly smile and nice tone. Alex was able to assist me with such great customer service which is very important because you hardly see that now a days and some other employees (not here) don't understand the negative effect it has on their business or place of work. So a HUGE THANK YOU to Alex. The gentleman who fixed my tire, was very nice as well, he was very kind and courteous too. Thanks guys for providing awesome service! You guys are the BEST!

I have a bad experience with this place. I changed the car’s wheels for the most expensive types last Thursday. After receiving the car, I noticed there was a scratch on the wheels. After three days, it was explained to me there was a defect in the rear tire. It was low air. Its air supply went from another place near my work. Two days later, I found the same problem with the tite. I went to the place again to find out and examine what the problem with this tire was. They told me that they would wait for two and a half hours. Two hours had passed, and when I spoke to them, they said that there was no nail inside the tire. From the beginning, I told them that I was tired and My children were waiting for me. After two hours, the car did not enter the place for examination because I saw them through the glass shared between the customers and the workers. After two hours they pull the car in front to check the tire!!! They couldn't do that from the beginning when I visited !!

Tried to get my tires filled. Spent 20 min waiting behind a car that already had finished with their tires being filled. Then I guess the service member was helping the person purchase wipers. Another service. Member walked by my car, but did not acknowledge me. 10 minutes later. I see the original service member taking a card and coming back with wipers. At this point, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes.no acknowledgement of hey will be with you shortly.

Every time I’m at this location, everyone is incredibly helpful, professional, and charismatic. They always try their best to give you the best deal. They’re also so efficient and on time! I also wanna shout out Charles M. for being kick-ass at his job. 💯💯💯 I mean he REALLY knows his stuff and it is evident that he genuinely cares about the work he does and cares about others in general. I really respect his work ethic, attitude, and character. Thank you, Charles. It was so awesome to have met you 🤙🏼

Ernie helped me today. Very impressed with this stores professionalism! When I bought my BFG's for my Tundra back then gave me a great deal and sized me up with the largest size possible to fit under my stock truck with a 3" leveling kit. Always happy to rotate when due! I don't go anywhere else!!!

Don’t go here. They hire highschool kids/ graduates that aren’t competent and don’t have respect for you or your vehicle. Ive had several bad experiences at this location. They didn’t balance my spare tire and throw out my old one like I asked so I had to remind them. They didn’t put some of my hub centric rings on and some of them they put on the hub then installed the wheel on in front of it so I had to fix that when I got home. They didn’t rotate my tires like I asked so I basically came in for nothing and wasted 2 hours of my time. They stripped one of my studs like crazy so I need to get that replaced which is going to cost me time and money. They didn’t tell me my wheel was bent till I went in a second time; the guy said their balance machine called for 9oz of weight which isn’t acceptable and they should have caught that the first time!! Also they had some dirty teenager with hands so dirty they were black drive my vehicle. These people have terrible service. I would not go here if you care about your vehicle and even for your own safety because things like this can be dangerous and put your life at risk.

First time going here. I needed the air pressure sensor replaced on 1 tire. The person who helped me at the counter was so nice and seeing all the other office people talking on the phone were so professional and nice. It's hard to come by these days. Nathan helped me at the front counter and the young man with blond hair who fixed my tire was also amazing and polite. I wish I would have gotten his name as well. I will definitely be back when I need new tires
