I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent level of service . Communication was great as my contact point Jim explained everything clearly . I felt that the staff were trying to help, were polite and the quoted price was fair and reasonable. Importantly for me the job was finished before the time I expected and the final price paid was as per the initial estimated price. I had a great customer experience at Gerald Collision Center. Jill was my estimator for the repair. Not only did she make the process easy to understand with timely updates and realistic expectations, she was also an advocate on my behalf when there were some challenges with my insurance field adjustor. The repair was completed in less than a week and my vehicle was returned to me in excellent and clean condition. I will readily recommend GCC to anyone who needs vehicle body repairs.

This collection center doesn't even deserve a single star. They promised my car would be ready in a week, but instead, they held onto it without doing any work, all because they're in cahoots with shady dealerships. When I questioned them after a week, they made excuse after excuse and essentially held my car hostage, demanding payment for a week of doing nothing. I finally got my car back after almost two months, and the work was atrocious. They didn't secure the bumper properly, several nuts and fasteners were missing, they failed to connect the hood sensor, botched the headlight adjustment, and couldn't even install the windshield washer nozzle correctly—it's aimed at the sky! If you care about your car, avoid this place at all costs.

The service was excellent! From the front desk all the way to the technician. Nina at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. My estimator, Wendy was very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. Mike did a wonderful job repairing the car. It looks brand new! Quality service all around!
