The day finally came when my 2007 Hummer H3’s 4L60e transmission failed at 180,000 miles and needed a rebuild. The quote I received for them to rebuild it there, at their shop, was the best quote that I had received. I also had them replace the transmission lines, a bad u-joint, and the radiator, which was found to be leaking. No one likes expensive car repair bills but I think they were very fair with me and everything was fixed quickly and done the right way. I picked up my truck and it rides great! The transmission hasn’t shifted this smooth in a very long time. Makes it a pleasure to drive again. Well worth the cost of repairs to get my H3 back on the road for the winter. And the rebuilt transmission came with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. I highly recommend DuPage Transmission and will be sending them more work in the future.

2013 Dodge charger RT - I have had my car back for 2 months and have been waiting to post this review. My charger is the first car that I've bought that I wanted rather than a car than I needed since having children, so when I tell you I love and value my car, it is probably an understatement. I already knew The transmission was going for several months. I had been stalling and where to bring it to because I don't trust a lot of service places. I finally made the decision to bring it here after combing through reviews for several places. They were detailed with their explanation and what they were going to have to do to fix my baby. They confirmed what I dreaded which was that my transmission was going to have to be rebuilt because I had burnt through second gear. They were detailed with the process and the amount of time that it was going to take. They gave a very fair price, and they definitely stood by everything they said. I've had my vehicle back for 2 months now, ZERO issues. She actually runs better than she did when I bought the vehicle in 2018! I 100% would bring my vehicle back here for any transmission work whatsoever. I have extensively put them on a pedestal to family and friends and will refer anyone to take their vehicle here. They are knowledgeable and stand 100% behind their work, and their price is very fair. It was important to me to bring my car somewhere where they care about their work, and DuPage transmission definitely does that. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you DuPage transmission for doing such a wonderful job on my vehicle!

He’s honest, kind, and treats every customer like family. Wally goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of, as if he’s working on his own. Don’t let the name fool you—this is much more than a transmission shop. Wally and his team handle all kinds of car repairs, and they’ve worked on different makes and models for us over the years. They’re great at explaining what’s needed, and their pricing is always fair. This family-owned shop has been part of the Naperville/Lisle community for years. We trust them completely with our cars, and we’d rather go here than pay dealership prices. Most recently, they serviced our daughter’s car, and as always, they did a fantastic job and got it done quickly. Thank you, Wally and your team, for always taking such good care of us. Just needed a drain and fill. They provided regular updates. They went out of their way to ensure they were using the correct oem atf my car required. Price was very reasonable. Will go again when the time comes.

I would highly recommend DuPage Transmission to anyone in need of a car repair! My family and I have been using them for many years and we always come back. They are honest and upfront about what it is that needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. I always feel they are very fair with their prices. I have always felt valued when I share my concerns about my car and feel they always take the time to talk to me about my concerns. Wally and Scott have gone above and beyond when it comes to figuring out my car issues. The most recent trip to DuPage Trans was just this week, and they were able to fix it within a day of me dropping off my car! I truly appreciate the work done at DuPage Transmission and the feeling of family at this shop!
