Great experience at the tire check lane. Work van indicated the rear tires were low. Drove up, a very friendly technician came out and verified the rated pressure, and then they were filled. All low tore pressure sensors alerts cleared and I was able to drive off without issue.

Came in to have a flat fixed. It was brought to my attention that my tires were too old to service. They gave me a FREE tire! Top notch staff. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them in the future. Above and beyond!

Been a customer here for 20 plus years. These guys are amazing! Very attentive the minute you walk in the door. They actually listen to what you want and understand budget limitations. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need. Repair is always the first option - and I love that. Side note - happy to see that a girl is working in their shop! 👍

Unfortunately I noticed some of the employees get into customers vehicles very dirty. I did bring it to there attention and suggested they use seat covers. Let's see if they incorporate it and use them or have a dedicated person ( with clean clothes) to drive the vehicles in and out. If not it's enough for me not to go there anymore and I've been going there for a very long time . I just never realized that that was happening. Other wise I love Discount tires. They are always friendly/accommodating and quick and do a good job. I a have used several different locations.

9/27/24 update: My wife and I were about to leave on vacation when my tire pressure monitor said I only had 16 psi on my rear left tire on my X1. Allan was amazing helping to identify the screw in my tire that caused the near flat. He helped me and my wife out by expediently taking care of us! Then Kurt, the ALWAYS AMAZING MANAGER that goes the extra mile for his customers identified that one of my lug nuts was stripped and in need of the special removal tools that I’m familiar with from my carpentry work. He immediately referred me to someone nearby that took care of me immediately because of Kurt’s great reputation and character. I brought it back to Discount Tire, and they took you flat for me, and I am forever so grateful. Thank you to Kurt, Allan, and the hardworking crew! Previous review: Best discount tire in all of Chicagoland! They are consistently very busy, which is a great sign of the favor and trust people have in the management and team. Kurt is a very exceptional, professional, accommodating and friendly Manager. The employees at the Naperville Ogden location are always customer service oriented. I find their pricing to be at par or less expensive than their competitors. I have been a repeat customer for over 20 years.
