GenesisAutoParts Introduce

Welcome to GenesisAutoParts, an auto parts store located at 2390 Crenshaw Blvd UNIT 510, Torrance, CA 90501, USA. While categorized under "Auto Repair Stations" as a provider of goods for sale, GenesisAutoParts primarily functions as a supplier of various automotive components to both individual customers and potentially to auto repair shops. The information available suggests that GenesisAutoParts offers a range of parts, including radiators, and operates through both direct sales and potentially online channels. As an auto parts store, their primary focus is on providing the necessary components for vehicle maintenance and repair, allowing customers to either perform the work themselves or supply parts to their chosen mechanic.

Given that GenesisAutoParts operates as a parts supplier rather than a direct service provider for vehicle repairs, the traditional concept of an "environment" as experienced in a repair shop waiting area is less applicable. Their physical location at the Crenshaw Blvd address likely serves as a distribution point or office space for their operations. The nature of their business suggests that customer interactions might primarily occur during parts pickup or through phone and online communication.

The core service offered by GenesisAutoParts is the sale of automotive parts. Based on the limited information available, their product offerings include, but may not be limited to:

  • Radiators: Both customer reviews specifically mention the purchase of radiators for different vehicle types (truck and Firebird). This indicates that radiators are at least one of the products they stock or can supply.
  • Potentially a broader range of auto parts: While the reviews focus on radiators, it is reasonable to infer that as an "auto parts store," GenesisAutoParts likely deals in a wider variety of components necessary for vehicle maintenance and repair. However, the specific types of parts beyond radiators are not detailed in the provided information.

Features of GenesisAutoParts, as gleaned from the customer reviews, present a mixed picture:

  • Potential for well-packaged and fitting parts: One customer from 2014 reported a positive experience, stating that the radiator they ordered arrived well-packaged, undamaged, and fit their 1997 Firebird correctly. They also noted that the radiator has continued to function well. This suggests that at least in some instances, GenesisAutoParts has provided satisfactory products.
  • Automated return label: The same positive review mentioned that the shipment included a return label automatically, implying a straightforward return process was in place at the time of that purchase.
  • Issues with damaged or incorrect parts: In contrast to the positive experience, another customer reported receiving a bent radiator that was sent back. The replacement radiator was then described as being too big for their truck. This indicates potential issues with quality control or order fulfillment in some cases.
  • Negative customer service experiences: The customer who received the incorrect replacement part also reported being unable to return the second radiator. They stated that they were advised to sell it online and described the customer service as "worst ever" and warned against purchasing from GenesisAutoParts. This highlights significant concerns regarding their return policy and customer support in at least one instance.
  • Inconsistent experiences: The stark contrast between the two reviews suggests a potential inconsistency in product quality, order accuracy, or customer service over time or across different transactions.

The provided information does not contain any explicit promotional information for GenesisAutoParts. Auto parts stores may typically offer promotions such as discounts on specific parts, seasonal sales, or package deals when purchasing multiple items. However, without any such details in the reviews, we cannot objectively comment on any current or past promotional activities of GenesisAutoParts.

In summary, GenesisAutoParts, located in Torrance, CA, is an auto parts store that supplies automotive components, with at least one instance of selling radiators. Customer reviews present a divided view of their service. One review from 2014 indicates a positive experience with a well-packaged, correctly fitting, and functional radiator, along with an automated return label. However, a more recent review details significant issues with receiving damaged and incorrect parts, coupled with a negative experience regarding returns and customer service. This suggests potential inconsistencies in their operations or customer support. Without further information, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive assessment of their current service quality and offerings. Local users considering purchasing parts from GenesisAutoParts may want to weigh these contrasting experiences and potentially inquire directly about their current policies and product guarantees.

GenesisAutoParts Customer Reviews

Bought radiator from them and it was bent sent back they sent to back one to big to fit my truck. Now I can not return it I made a complain and they told me they can not take the radiator back twice and advised me to sell it online. Worst service ever don't buy anything from these guys and if you do expect bad customer service.

My experience is with them 2014. I bought a 97 firebird which needed a new radiator. I ordered one with this company. (other then the idiot who didn't fully hook up the radiator hoses correctly where I had an incident of them popping off. My radiator came in and fit the way it was supposed to. It is still in my car doing well? I do not understand everyone who had a problem with ordering damaged goods or shipping? My radiator came packaged well undamaged met the vehicle specifications, holds fluids. When they shipped to me, it came with a return label automatically? So, when I ordered it if it was incorrect to send it back. Did the person who used to handle their accounts when I ordered quit or something?

Bought one radiator, it leaked in a year. Paid for another one to replace the defective and never got credited for sending the defective back. Now the replacement is leaking. I wrote them emails. NO RESPONSE! Just install a block of swiss cheese in your car it will hold water better. I wrote in my email to them I would give them a bad review. NO RESPONSE. So here it is! If you like unreliable parts in your auto this is the place for you!

terrible! when I received my ignition coil the clip was broken. as I tried numerous times to call I was constantly going straight to a recording telling me to call back during business hours, while it was business hours, only to find out eventually through email that the "service is down" and can only communicate through email??!! eventually I got an email from fedex saying genesis sent a shipping label for me. mind u fedex is an easy half hour drive from me. so I get all the way out to fedex, send the part back and then am being told a refund can only be given when inspection is completed on the part! uhm, I didn't break the part so what inspection. open the box, see its still brand new, just broken and refund my money! too shady for me

They've had my return for over a week and still haven't even processed the return yet. Had to pay out of pocket for another radiator because they advertised the wrong radiator for my car and don't even carry the correct one.
