I had a recall on my paint in 2023.the handles and my side mirrors were starting to chip and peel really bad. Honda, was able to replace my mirror caps and handles in 2023. Fast forward now, 2025. I was driving one day and suddenly one of the mirror caps fell off. After inspection from a local body shop that my insurance recommended, I was told the caps were never installed right. I reached out to Honda Service Center in which they put me in contact with their manager Orlie, he provided great customer service upon arrival. He informed me they were going to take care of it. They provided me a new mirror assembly, mirror cap and mirror. They also were able to touch up some other handles that were starting to chip again. Not to mention, Honda also provided me with a rental for the 2 days that I did not have a car. Orlie, provided great customer service. Along with Henry, who was given me updates on my car for the two days that it was in the shop. This place is amazing and would definitely recommend them for any mechanical or body shop repairs

Came in to Honda service center I needed help to verify if my rims were the same model of rims that were tooken out the day I financed my vehicle since I had an issue with a body shop that gave my vehicle back with a complete different color of rims . They were so helpful even offered to remove my rims to verify if the rim had a Honda stamp . Thank you Henry .Appreciate your help very thankful

If you are looking for excellent service for your Honda, this is the place to bring it. I worked with Geoff Viray and he is very professional and courteous. The waiting room is very clean and recently has been remodeled. I like the fact that a factory trained technician is working on my Honda and they do a complementary inspection to make sure my car is in perfect condition.
