Jessica who works with the repair guys is sweet and attentive. She answered all my questions and was helpful. What I didn't like is whoever handles the calls. I called bc my santa fe xrt battery was completely dead and needed this fixed asap and I got in touch with a guy name Mark and he tells me to bring it in and will be ready a week later. I'm not an expert in cars but that sound a bit too long just for battery check / replacement. I ask my bil and he tells me it takes about 15-20 mins to do. I call back ask for Mark and tell him it takes about 15-20 mins so why do I need to wait a week. He then tells me to come in next morning and we can get it same day. Why.. why do I need to go this far to get what I originally asked for.. SIGH and mind you this is when the service was out almost all day so I couldn't reach them until end of the day. It just felt like they don't have a very organized schedule and for a small repair shop. I've heard others who came here had a bad experience and couldn't get their car after a week as promised and that's frustrating for lots of folks who drive to work, marts, picking kids up after school etc. Things that can be fixed within same day should be set up in a way where customers can get their cars back asap. Also fyi for those who drive a Genesis, y'all gonna see a "Genesis guest parking" by the entrance but in reality there isn't. I saw multiple Genesis going in the same entrance as other hyundai lol Genesis clients don't get special treatment when it comes to bringing your luxury car. It's just a sign.

I purchased my Genesis G70 at Bayside Genesis. My sales representative Joel was so informative and knowledgeable!! He was very professional and made it an extremely smooth process. If your in the market for a great car from a great sales representative go see him !!!!

Took my GV70 for service. Had an appointment at 7am. They stated it would take about 2 hours and it did. Very good service.
