Wanted to be a happy camper, not so happy. Everyone seems genuine that being said, was told my AAA battery was dead and would not take a charge, + it was the wrong battery. Let them know I wanted the AAA battery back pu 2day March 01, had it put on charge. Wait for it. The battery took a full charge. And yes, I did purchase Gary's Interstate battery, and I will return it. Let's 👀 what would have happened if I didn't get the AAA battery back, considering it tested good just asking. On invoice, it states broken door handles they are not broken. Stay woke no matter how nice or genuine customer service seems you know and to all a good night. Clearly shows AAA battery works. I had a H*rtz rental car and the rear window couldn't close and the rental car company wouldn't swap it out for me unless I drove all the way back out to the airport, and I lucked into stopping at Gary's and asking them to look at it. They got the window closed and jury rigged it to stay shut until I returned the car. Didn't even charge me! Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

You don't have to worry about being taken advantage of here, you can trust what they tell you. I refer all my family and friends here. They have been working on all my cars for years. I do not remember everyone names but I was referred to this place by my roommates best friend. He said he takes his car no where else.. I have a 2010 Subaru and who ever owned it before me did not maintain or treat her right. I was pushing to the 200,000 mile mark and wanted the timing and water pump replace and wanted the exhaust checked because it’s been running funky… this car had a engine replacement and the people who replaced it did it cheap and used glue instead of screw(whatever is used to secure it) and the exhaust was to big for it and it was over heating and was melting stuff.. what these people did made no sense and Gary’s Auto was more concerned for my safety then what the final cost was,they worked with my budget.. My car is driving better than it has since I bought it a year ago and sounds better and the exhaust isn’t coming inside of it. I will be using them going forward for any major or minor repairs! Thank you all for your work you did and making me feel safe from start to finish that is what customer service should be and that’s how mechanics should handle complicated cars. A++
