They can’t even mount and balance tires without the tire coming off the rim and causing a car to flip 3 times and total damage! Wouldn’t even talk to me about trying to make things right! If I could give no stars I would! No one should ever have any work done here if you care at all about the people riding in the vehicle! Larry is rude and disrespectful and his staff don’t know what they are doing! They should receive the WORST BUSINESS AWARD

These guys are absolute angels! Our son was traveling home from PA to GA and had a blowout on the interstate at an exit near their shop. As parents we were panicking because we are still several hours away and couldn't help. Our first call was to our insurance company for roadside assistance and it was going to be several hours before they could get someone dispatched out there to help him and he was going to just be stranded on the highway waiting. Luckily we found Garland Tire's number and called them......it was getting close to closing time, but the lady who answered immediately offered to have one of their guys drive out there and remove the tire, bring it back to the shop, swap it out, and drive back out there to put the new one on for us. Incredibly fast, professional, went above and beyond and now our son is safely back on the road home. If we lived in that area we would be a customer for life. Thank you Garland for taking care of our family!

It has been many years since I visited garland tires until.today. I couldn't be happier. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need and were kind enough to stay after quiting time to make sure I got home safe! I will be going back soon!

Great customer service. We came in with a blown tire 3 mins before closing, but they still happy changing the tire for us, with a fair price

It was right before closing I called and they told me to come on in. I got there and they got my tire changed right away. All were very nice. Got me back on the road. The price was very reasonable as well.
