Greg and his mechanics do top-notch work, they repaired the number 4 cylinder spark plug that was blown out, They drilled it out ,got a custom permanent fix plug, and fixed the truck. I'm very happy I have driven it to Northern California and back no problems, much thanks great guys! I would recommend GNR Automotive to everyone.

At G&R automotive they are very honest people. I have had my own truck along with my mothers truck serviced and repaired at this shop. There are no hidden prices, if you are told one price that’s what it is. G & R automotive will definitely be mine and my mothers mechanic rather it be for my Dodge Ram, my moms Dodge Challenger, or my moms Toyota Tundra, or my sons Kia Rio . I would highly recommend anyone to G&R automotive Greg the owner along with his two main mechanics Kevin and Danny are all about customer service.

Most reliable and dependable service there is in lake Havasu. Mechanic there is very honest and affordable does not charge extra rates for unnecessary items. I would use this mechanic before any other and any other dealership years of experience and very professional.

Stay away from G&R Automotive and Performance!!! I went to G&R Automotive because a vehicle I had purchased to flip, had an engine that was locked up. Incredibly it took them 3 weeks to just take the engine out of the car! When I called the fourth week they said they were now having trouble separating the engine from the transmission. That took a full week. I waited another 30 days, only to hear that now the transmission is now broken. So despite the fact that the transmission was working before the vehicle was dropped off - despite the fact that it took them over a week to separate the locked up engine from the transmission – now the transmission is broken so severely that it won’t even mount on the engine that was just purchased. Come on, are you kidding me. But they would not accept responsibility for their actions and charged me for another used transmission! As I paid for the new transmission I told him I know the transmission worked when I dropped it off but I will bite the bullet on this one. When the replacement transmission showed up a month later, they would not put my car on the list for cars to even be worked on! This car has a substantial amount of my money tied up in it as I originally bought this vehicle to flip. The car is valued at $5,500.00 I have 4 teen boys who I have taken in off the streets who had no home or family. I am trying to mentor them but as a disabled marine veteran, it’s been really hard. We have had to go to the foodbank because we can’t afford food. It was upsetting me terribly that the boys are sleeping on the floor because I have no funds to buy them bunkbeds. So1 1/2 months ago I went to Gary (one of the owners) and informed him that we had no money and that I needed the car fixed so that I could sell it to buy the boys beds. Waiting patiently to have my car fixed 1 ½ months go by and still no word. It’s now over 7 months that they have had my car. I could not handle the stress of dealing with this problem any longer so I offered to just let them buy the car from me. Fix it when they want and then sell it, that way they wouldn’t be out any money. His response was my partner is rich and has 4 lawyers who are going to charge you for storing your car at our shop! The worst part is they are willing to spend way more on lawyers then doing what is right. Who does that??? I believe in God and Karma. This Christmas it pains me that I can’t afford to get my boys anything. I can’t even afford to get them beds. Meanwhile, these wealthy owners are having a Fat Christmas and a Happy New Year. OM geezy my Beezy 😨 this is the first time a mechanic doesn’t rip me off and ask for my first born son they did everything my car needed for a fair price 🥺😭 especially right now times are tough for me so I would definitely recommend Greg thank you sooo much to you and your boyzzz 💋
