I’ve been using the south side quick Oil change location for years, mostly for convenience. I do have to say, since Freddy and his family took over ownership and operation of the Victory Lane here in Havasu. Every trip in the bay has been great. The crew is precessional and pleasant. The service is quick and detailed, from under the hood and all around the car. It’s a great place to stop for a full service oil change and inspection. I recommend then to everyone. Keep up the great work.

Nice experience. Went on a Saturday so had to wait a bit for the actual service but they greeted us right away and keep us posted on wait times. The actual oil change was fast but efficient and they pointed out a few things that needed attention but absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Will definitely make them our go to for future oil changes and services.

Beware bringing your RV here! They massively overfilled our RV while changing the oil, and now the seals are broken, and the oil is leaking out of the filter. 25 years with this vehicle, and not one single oil leak! The oil is WAY overfilled. The price of the oil change went up by ++$20 from what we were originally quoted, and now I realize that is because they filled it with extra-extra oil. Now I have to get a new oil change and have the gaskets fixed. All guys here are extremely young and obviously have no wisdom when it comes to RV oil changes. I would have been better off doing this myself. Oil change 1101: don't overfill! Get a mind and pay attention to what you are doing! Even if it takes an extra moment or two... It will save your customers time, money, and headaches!

Today was my first stop! I will return !! I have already told several of my employees. This is a family-owned business, let's support local... From the second I pulled in, being greeted, to the work done on my car, showing me everything to help me understand what I needed to replace, from the air filter and cabin filter, which I hadn't done yet. Very clean lounge area and restroom they provide coffee and water prices are excellent compared to the other couple spots I previously been to. You need to try them. You will not be disappointed !!!
