To this day it baffles me my interaction with this place. First, the smell of the place was u like any repair shop I’ve been in. Usually it smells like fuel, gas, oil, methane, etc. but this particular establishment smelled as good as the people that worked there(not good!) I wanted to get my window tinted and decided to get a sunrise tint on my front window. They did it, and guess what? Scammed me completely. Edges not aligned at all, some of my front bumper paint is scratched, and a lot of debris on my car. Do not recommend this place at all. Also, they promised $100 for a full front window tint, charged me 400 instead

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Juan since he has taken over this operation. Words can not explain the satisfaction and the quality of work him and his team deliver. The negative reviews on here do NOT represent him or his organization. You will not find many people with the integrity and customer service he delivers to each and every one of his customers!

Just had my car repaired at Fullerton in Yonkers N.Y, due to some damage to the rear quarter and the door. Car is like brand new and I prefer keeping it that way. I spoke with Juan and he did a great job fixing the vehicle. The paint match is perfect. I would highly recommend bringing you car if in the Yonkers area

I have never used this shop but the people leaving one star reviews, are reviewing the wrong shop. They came from a video on Instagram. The shop that ruined and stole out of the guys truck is located in Maryland! Quit ruining someone else’s business!

My name is Juan Delacruz Jr, I am the son of the owner of this business, Juan Delacruz Sr. These negative reviews ARE NOT INTENDED FOR OUR BUSINESS There is an auto body in Maryland by the same name that perpetrated some shoddy work for a customer, that led a customer to post a viral video on Facebook, and now these complete strangers are attacking my fathers business because they think we are located in Maryland. WE ARE NOT LOCATED IN MARYLAND!! WE ARE LOCATED IN YONKERS NEW YORK!!! This is a well oiled operation with countless happy satisfied customers. If you see this and if you posted a negative review, you are directly injuring my fathers business with your misdirected attacks. AGAIN THIS IS NOT THE BUSINESS THAT WENT VIRAL ON FACEBOOK. Please remove your misguided review when you see this.
