Communication is great at this location. From the front desk, Mercedes and all the employees here showed a great attitude and the willingness to help. They answered all my questions and made me feel important. Service was a lot faster than what I thought it’ll be. Got four new tires and getting my brakes and rotators done next. I definitely recommend this location.

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire! I booked a same-day oil change appointment online, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager, Quanesha. She was wonderful—thorough, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. The check-in process was seamless, and she let me know my service would take about 45 minutes. True to her word, I was in and out quickly! The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and speedy service. I’ll definitely be returning in March for my inspection!

I had a wonderful first time experience here and knew that I was in great hands the moment I walked up to the desk and started talking with Quanesha. The most important aspect of customer service is how you communicate and what you communicate. She has a wonderful and welcoming personality and she told me what to expect. I've been in customer service myself for 7 years and I've been managing employees for longer. It's hard to find someone like her anymore. The service on my car was also quick and they honestly told what was and was not a problem. This place has earned my repeat business and word of mouth.

Quanesha, the assistant manager at this location was very knowledgeable . I had a flat tire and was lucky enough to have Quanesha assist me at Mavis. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. She took care of my tire issue quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. Quanesha really went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and the positive attitude she brought to the experience. I came here because my mother highly recommended this store to me. After my experience I also highly recommend this Mavis location. It was easy to make an appointment online and when I got to the store I received fast, friendly and efficient service even on a busy Saturday morning. Quanesha was an especially helpful, kind and efficient. She made the experience so lovely and I was in and out quickly. I’ll return to this store for my future service needs for both of our family cars.
