I was in distress over my car completely cutting off on me. I randomly called several shops via Google before I got to this shop and the owner came by in a car to check out my problem. He even helped me with finding a tow truck since it was off peak hours. Finding out my engine was done devastating but the owner took care of me and made me feel I could trust him. He found a engine for me at a affordable price and had my car running in a day or so without . He treated me like a big bro status and that's appreciated when your a woman dealing with a mechanic.
