My first time getting my oil changed here and I definitely will be back again. I was out in less than 15 minutes and did not have to get out of my car. They were very professional thorough and friendly . They didn’t try to make me buy an oil filter which they always do everywhere else I have gotten my oil changed .

I feel safe in my vehicle knowing it’s been checked by the Valvoline guys. They did my oil change, and showed me the fresh oil, but they did so much more. They checked to ensure my lights were working properly and that my tire pressure was correct. They were just so thorough. I fees are in my car knowing that the maintenance is good.

The staff at the Yonkers location was excellent. Clear, considerate, personable, easy to understand, and not pushy. You could tell they were having a decent time joking around with each other, but also that they were skilled at their craft and very professional to their clients. I was very impressed with the staff on hand Saturday 12/07/2024 at the Yonkers location. Additional services were explained and recommended but not pressured.

I can't say it off about the professionalism and service quality of these people working at this location. It's not just an oil and loop place. This place is an experience. I love the fact that I did not have to get out of the car while they were doing the oil change. The person who is in charge was obviously asking for clear Call out's making sure everybody stays safe. Great experience go there it's not cheap but it's fast and it's high quality

This is the fastest oil change I’ve ever had. Also seeing the work being done makes me feel more confident in what was done. All the guys were so pleasant. Great experience overall. I will return.
