FTK Diesel & Performance

I was seeking out a performance diesel shop in hopes they could repair my 4” exhaust.. FTK was one of the first places I saw and called, mostly because they were open at 7am, that’s a big deal for me.. I had to drive a little over an hour to get there and as a result, was not able to drop it off, so I had to wait.. they got my truck right in and took care of the things I needed done right at the moment. It took them 3 hours to do what was needed and there were no complaints.. I had great conversation with the owner the whole time.. he’s a great guy and seems to be very knowledgeable about ram trucks, which helped put my mind at ease, cuz I brought in a 2016 2500 Cummins.. If I lived in Ohio, I’d probably take my truck back, and if the opportunity to go back ever arises, I will do so.. I also received one of his FTK t-shirts, which are really nice and made with a name brand t-shirt..

One of the if not cleanest Performance shops in the Boardman, OH area. I have had nothing but positive outcomes from this shop, from fixing errors from other shops work, to getting my Camaro tuned and additional bolt-ons added. I've trusted them with all my work, and will continue to as they always stand behind it and take care of any problems without question.

FTK Diesel is the only place i trust working on my trucks. They have worked on a number of my own trucks, as well as our customers. Their attention to detail, and knowledge of each job is bar none. I will continue to take my personal trucks to FTK as well as recommending all of my customers to them. Thanks again to Ray and the guys in the shop for a great experience!

Terrible place I’ll never have them do anything to my truck again! Will not go back suggest you find somewhere reliable and where they care owner could care less

These guy's are straight up con-men. I called to set an appointment. Told them exactly what I was looking for. The guy on the phone said, "sure. Bring it on in and we'll take a look". I told them I was about an hour away. They told me it would take about an hour and a half to check it out. I said, an hour and a half to tune and delete? He said, no. We'll diag it and you'll have to bring it back for that. I show up for my appointment and they don't know who I am. I explain again that I want a tune and delete. I also need my fuel line checked. I said my D.E.F. light was on, but it went away. I wasn't worried about that because I was getting the truck deleted. Instead of an hour and a half, they have the truck for over 3 hours. He explained that the def code was no problem and the fuel line was cool. Just don't fill it up too much. I said, when can I get it deleted. He said "oh, we don't do that. Shady mofo's. Charged me $188 to drive my truck around and get under it for a few minutes. Do not, I repeat, do not come to this place.

Professional clean and courteous of your time and needs. They’ve always gone above and beyond what I’ve asked in a way that no other Shop ever has. I will encourage everyone I know to use them in the future.
